60-Second Bone Builder
From Prevention: Strong bones are maintained by weight-bearing exercises. Things like weight lifting, running and other high-impact exercises put strain on your bones, stimulating new bone growth. Good news for those who find it hard to run: a study by a Hebrew University doctor shows that even a simple 60-second run in the middle of your walk is enough to signal your bones to add mass! If you are inactive, start walking. And if you are already walking, add a simple 60-second jog.
Dislike running or can't run? Then try the "zigzag walking" technique. This consists of side-to-side strides, or forward then suddenly backward steps. The surprise change in direction may also help build stronger bones.
Grass Fed Beef
Grass fed beef - the way cattle eat naturally. Feeding corn to cattle means that drugs are given to artificially allow the cow to digest the corn.
This beef is grass fed, humanely raised, delicious, and considering where these cows live, they are the real California Happy Cows!

Rose Hips for Arthritis
Seeking natural relief from the pain and inflammation of arthritis? Danish researchers have found that an extract made from the rose hips of the wild dog rose (rosa canina) contains powerful substances called glycosides, which reduce inflammation. The researchers found that within 3 months 66% of people given rose hips powder just once a day got relief from pain and stiffness. That is a much higher success rate than glucosamine and chondroitin.
