What is an Exoskeleton?
Engineers in Japan and at the University of California, Berkeley, are researching and testing exoskeletons or bodybots. They are essentially robots and the term has come to mean "supersuit". These systems have real world applications such as helping a physically weak or injured person gain mobility or perform rehabilitation exercises. Emergency personnel could use these robots to carry injured people out of burning buildings. In Japan, the population is rapidly aging and some say that robotic-aided nursing care could be a solution in their society because they readily accept robots. In the past this technology was not successful because computers were not fast enough to process the control functions and energy supplies were not small and light enough to be portable. Relieve Constipation Naturally
There are natural ways to get your digestion moving again! Our bodies are designed to have a bowel movement two or three times a day. Laxatives work, however they are very powerful drugs that force the body to eliminate which is not gentle or healthful for the body. Try these suggestions instead:

  • Prunes and prune juice
  • Aloe Vera gel or juice
  • Flax seeds or flax seed oil
  • Castor oil (2 teaspoons full)
  • Drinking more water
  • Eating a high fiber grain or cereal
  • Psyllium
  • Yoga
  • Walking

Colors for Healing
You can visualize using these colors to help your body go into healing mode:

To warm cold areas use red.
To increase immunity use orange.
To clear a foggy head use yellow.
To take away pain use white.
To cool and calm use blue.
To connect with Spirit use purple.
For general healing use green.

Goji berry juice
Goji is an Asian juice made from the berry of the goji vine. This juice is full of antioxidants and polysaccharides. Studies show that drinking 2 oz of this liquid daily improves your immune system, boosts white blood cells and doubles production of infection-fighting proteins. Research also shows that goji contains an anti-inflammatory ingredient and can help repair damaged DNA.
